日本酒に関しては色んな情報が普及しているけれど、今回改めて、”焼酎とはなぁに？”と言う質問をぶつけてみたいと思います。
この高橋酒造さん、有名な ”しろ” 焼酎の他にも、熟成したハチミツ色が綺麗な焼酎など、結構知られざる秘蔵酒をお持ちなんですよ！

"SHIRO" Rice Shochu is the number one seller (Rice Shochu) in Japan.
Ms.Hiroe Takahashi from Takahashi Shuzo will be visiting the bay area soon!
She is very talented with lots of knowledge of Shochu.
This could be a very good opportunity to ask her "what is Shochu?".
Actually they have more varieties of Shochu such as "aged" Shochu which has nice honey color etc.
I'll introduce them when the time comes!
