J POP と一言で言っても。。。原宿ファッション系、コスチューム系、秋葉系（も、かな？）など色々。
今年は初の試みとして、酒ブースエリアが設けられ、そこに出展してきましたよ！
ちょっと、日本酒とコスチューム系はどうかな？と思いましたが、思った以上に大反響！
まず、新潟のお酒、菊水。
KIKUSUI USA（ロサンゼルス）より、ナオさんを迎え（お願いして来てもらった。Ｗ）、バラエティーにとんだ、いつもとちょっと違う日本酒をサーブしましたよ。
*菊水純米吟醸
*菊水ふなぐち生原酒（缶入り）
＞ブルーベリー＆ラズベリーのカクテル、きゅうりスティックのカクテル、ぬる燗
*菊水パーフェクトスノーにごり酒
＞パイナップルジュース＆ココナッツミルクの酒ピニャコラーダ、ジンジャーエール割
ふなぐちとパーフェクトスノーはカクテルにしてサーブしました。
それから、群馬県の 館林市より、龍神酒造の；
*尾瀬の雪解け 純米酒大辛口
＞ぬる燗
龍神酒造より毛塚社長も陣中見舞いにいらしてくれました。
館林市と言えば、毎年夏の最高気温を記録してる様な猛暑で有名（？）。
毛塚社長は、サンフランシスコの夏の気候を知らなかったらしく、寒さで震えてらっしゃいました。。。（すみません）
しかし、酒蔵ハッピ姿の白髪のにこやかな毛塚社長は、アメリカ人のコスプレ若者 軍団に、写真攻めに合っていました。（笑）
アメリカでは、日本酒＝ハイエンドな高級な飲み物、と言う印象があると思いますが、それとは別に、もっと気楽にいろんな人に愛される飲み物になって欲しいな～と、あらためて思いました。
The Festival is all about Japanese Pop Culture such as HARAJUKU fashion, costumes, AKIBA etc.
Honestly I was not sure if there will be many people for SAKE booth area which was separated by fences because of alcohol regulations.
... BUT! it was so busy all day for two days.
We served;
KIKUSUI SHUZO (Niigata pref.)
*Junmai Ginjo
*Funaguchi Nama Genshu (as cocktails : w/ blueberry & raspberry, w/ cucumber stick, as Nuru-Kan)
*Perfect Snow Nigori (as cocktails : w/ pineapple juice & coconut milk = Sake Pina Colada, w/ ginger ale)
Lots of people think that Sake is fancy alcohol like wine, and has to had in certain way ... NO!
There are some recommendations to drink Sake with enjoy its own character such as Dai Ginjo as cold sake etc.
Some Sake is very exclusive, expensive, but Sake can be more casual and fun drink!
Do whatever you like, experiment, and find your favorite way!
So we served as cocktails - which was very popular, and actually I loved them!
RYUJIN SHUZO (Gunma pref.)
*Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Okarakuchi (as Nuru-Kan)
It was freezing in cloudy San Francisco (highest temperature was 59 degree!), and people kept coming and asking us "I head that you had HOT SAKE?".
So many people were surprised by "tasty","delicious" HOT SAKE, and asked us "what temperature is it?","How to warm it up?" etc.
I saw some "new SAKE lovers" were there!
